If you happen to forget something, Dave more than likely has it covered! The owner was very prompt in responding if we had a question. Quick drive to beach, pier, restaurants and shops. I wouldn't hesitate at all to book this gem in the future!!”

“This place was so inviting when we walked in. Beautifully decorated, everything you would need if you wanted to cook or have coffee in the morning. A cute little patio to have your coffee on. Close to the swimming pool. A very comfortable bed. Even a nice little snack basket. The owner even had dog snacks and bowls, although we did not have a dog with us. And chairs to use for your beach outing. Lots of restaurants in close proximity to choose from. This owner has thought of everything……

“This lovely, quiet condo on St. Simons Island was everything we had hoped for. The living room had a huge window that overlooked a beautiful green space with a live oak tree, shrouded with Spanish moss. The bedrooms were all spacious and the beds were all comfortable. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Jenny and the neighbors in the surrounding condos were very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this property!”

“This was our first time in St Simon’s Island and this property worked great for us. Instructions for check in and other access were clear and accurate. Place was clean and comfortable. Proximity to town and beach was convenient. Owner communicated well and very responsive Overall a great stay”

“This is the second time at this property and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable with nice view of the pool. Close to the shops and restaurants, walkable if you enjoy a semi-long walk. The heated pool is a real plus for spring or fall stays. This will always be our go to place on the island.”

“Five stars all the way. The condo was spotlessly clean, had beautiful linens (and plenty!), had three TVs, was tastefully appointed with comfortable furniture and decor. The gourmet kitchen provided the newest appliances (including a mini wine fridge!) as well as every conceivable utensil. The property was also a very short walk to the pool which I personally appreciated. Overall, a five-star experience.”

“The condo was as described. We enjoyed the location. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants & shopping. The 4 pm check in time was delayed for over an hour for cleaning crews to finish. We lost electricity in a portion of the unit. However, the issue was addressed the following day. We would definitely rent again!”

“Unit was clean and true to description/pics. Great location on wide clean beach. Check in was easy by using code on digital lock. Big pool adjacent to beach. Kitchen has all the basics we needed. Beds were comfortable and nice bathrooms. Just be aware only bar soap provided, remember to bring shampoo etc.”
