This modern 1 bedroom condo has many upgrades. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops restaurants, & beach. U can easily walk 2 Pier Village & other entertainment. Living Room has a King & separated from the bunk area and kitchenette. Unit comes w/ new furnishings. Has washer/dryer, Keurig coffee make, reliable WiFi. Located in a gated community with oversized balcony and great pool. USAGE OF 2 BIKES for additional fee. Sorry, NO PETS. See house rules

This is a studio apartment concerned into a 1 br. therefore, the living room and bedroom are the same, but are with a door to the rest of the unit. See pics

Price Includes per stay:
4 Bath Towels
4 Wash Cloths
1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
4 Starter Coffee Pods

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.
