Newly renovated 2 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King, Queen in guest room, & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 4 bikes for additional fee to use. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings.

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

Short trip…too short!

We had a great stay but far too short. The property was wonderful and we’d stay again. It was a breeze to check in and out. We were so close to the pool which was perfect. The town was picturesque. I hope to be back and stay longer!

Great place and location!

Stayed here with my family and we had a great time. The condo was the perfect size for our family and we even visited the pool and playground which my kids loved. Very close to the beach, pier and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and highly recommend it.

Great Rental!

Perfect rental for our stay at SSI. The condo was in excellent condition and our toddler loved the pools. Great location and we enjoyed being able to walk to parks, shops, and restaurants! The beach was also a quick drive and easy to access.

Ocean Walk water view

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo was very clean and the view of the pond was very peaceful. The location was great for us, within walking or biking distance to the Village. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This property had everything you needed for a great weekend get away. The pools were right near the condo and it was walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Enough space for our family and very clean. It’s a very cozy condo we will definitely rebook.

Perfect for Friends

The size and location of this property was perfect! Having our own bathrooms and bedrooms was a plus. We loved looking off the balcony at the lake and watching the ducks. We walked to the Village to shop and get in some exercise. I will definitely book this property on my next visit to St. Simons.

Awesome property

We will definitely stay here again. The condo was clean & comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the ducks in the pond. Even got in a game of ping pong! Condo is close to the pier, and shopping. We had a great, relaxing vacation.

June Stay

We love SSI and were happy to have a new home-base on the island. The Ocean Walk community was perfect, and we felt like this condo had all of the things we needed. The sunrise view drinking coffee and watching the ducks in the pond is priceless. We look forward to staying here again sometime!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It wasn't overly fancy but It was clean, functional and had all the essential things that made the experience special and memorable. The water-front view was perhaps it's signature. The location was very desirable for accessing the Island's many amenities. I would definitely recommend the property to others.

Peace after hurricane Helena

We decided to continue with reservations after hurricane wiped out our area. I’m glad we did. Everything was peaceful and the process painless. The best part was the puffy haired ducks playing outside the balcony area. It was a beautiful place and host was extremely informative.

Nice place great location

If you’re looking for a nice affordable family getaway, this location is awesome. The condo sleep six with two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed two full baths and a full set up kitchen with washer dryer. They had bikes that could be rented for a very affordable rate, the beach was not too far away and the downtown area where everybody seems to want to go in the evening time Was just a few blocks away. It wasn’t a glamorous beach home, but it was definitely a great condo for a family. That’s looking to get to Saint Simon and not go broke.
