“5-star hotel at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean, the staff were courteous, accommodating and eager to help. The breakfast was always hot and always being replenished. The happy hour every evening was a nice surprise with drinks and food being served included. Yazmine in housekeeping and Mary A were wonderful people to deal with. ”

“At a late night check in, I was sent to an already occupied room. Scary and unsettling. The ac dripped. The sink dripped. The tub was stained. The floor stained my socks. The saggy bed did not have a top sheet. Breakfast was not well stocked. Horrid. ”

“We were given a king upgrade which was very nice of the staff person. When we arrived in our room the shower was non functional the AC needed a new battery, the tv was no where near anyplace to watch it. The ice machine was also broken and an inconveniece. We called the evening of our first night and the next day everything but the TV was fixed. No one called us during our three night stay to make sure everything was ok. The property is unique, but it is tired. It was fine, but not great. Not we……

“Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. Could not hear any cars or trucks but heavy footsteps from upstairs and people talking from next door. Free simple breakfast. The air conditioner was a bit loud. Hallway smelled like smoke but room did not.”

“Sheets were dirty. Had to change my own sheets. Breakfast was "ok". Staff were fine. Elevator was the worst I have ever been on. Felt like it was gonna fall every time we got on it. Other guests were scared to ride it also. ”
