“The staff was so so very sweet and the fact that they had Milton Brown toiletries made the stay so special. The fact that they are the ones that I use at home made it perfect. ”

“At a late night check in, I was sent to an already occupied room. Scary and unsettling. The ac dripped. The sink dripped. The tub was stained. The floor stained my socks. The saggy bed did not have a top sheet. Breakfast was not well stocked. Horrid. ”

“The rooms were fantastic and super clean and the night staff was wonderful. However the desk clerk and manager of the morning shift could not be bothered to check the food they were serving for dairy so that I could safely eat breakfast. ”

“The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable the room itself was nice. The only problem that I had with the room is that it didn't have any conditioner shampoo in the containers. And the bathroom was extremely Dusty with strands of hair from other travelers on the floor as if they didn't thoroughly clean the bathroom. Also the bathroom rug towel had holes in it it was torn and ripped it's on the corners all the other towels were perfectly fine the rest in the room was perfectly fine.. the pool……

“Check in was a breeze. My stay was great. The property was really nice and clean with tons of amenities. The lobby is very spacious and welcoming.The housekeeping staff were awesome.”

“Old room, smelled really weird. Kinda dirty but not horrible. Needs to be updated bad. Fridge and tv worked. Cheap hotel, okay for a night. We bring our own towels, wash cloths and bedding because I don’t trust these low rate hotels on those. No bugs so thats a plus.”

“The room was just mid, but most annoying was that the bathroom pocket-door would not close -- there was something stuck to it that appeared to be a wad of wet toilet paper (yuck!), too. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed well in our room either. We almost didn't stay, but it was only for one night. In the morning, we went downstairs for coffee only to find that there was none in the breakfast area. We were sent to the lobby to get coffee, but that had run dry, too. The staff was……

“Room was decent, okay clean, bed comfortable, good tv channel selection and reception, bathroom was clean. The staff was nice friendly helpful. Building condition: poor, very outdated with visible damage, rug stains in hallways, needs vacuuming, torn and stained bedspreads in another room we saw; outside window frames rusted and need painting, sidewalks very dirty need washing. Nice lady at front desk who checked us in said hotel is in the process of being renovated; hopefully there will be……
