“Tonya was wonderful to work with! She allowed us to check in an hour early and was very thoughtful with dinner recommendations. The house was clean and very comfortable. We were there to move our son into his dorm at The College of Coastal Georgia. “The apartment was as pictured, nicely decorated and fit our needs. That said, cleanliness is the most important feature we look for, and this property fell short of our standards. There was a used wash rag in the shower, hair left behind and the floors were not clean. The exterior of the property is not well kept but we only needed a place to sleep so that was not a big deal. This place has potential, but needs a little more attention to detail on cleaning. ”
