Beautiful view and lovely European villa feel. Just across from the beach. Convenient covered parking with elevator to condo. Rooftop restaurant with amazing views of the ocean.

It was a nice place but there was no pool, no breakfast and the rooftop restaurant was only open from 5-9 thurs- sat We also had showers that got water all over floor when you used them. Loved the balcony. Palm trees blocked ocean view. Needs some tweaking and it would be great.

The property was close to the beach-literally walked out the door & could access the walkway to the beach. The unit was in need of a deep clean & renovation. The sink in one of the master’s had a slow drip, the other toilet flush issues. It is advertised as having a furnished kitchen, but lacking in providing adequate dinnerware & cutlery. The unit had a musty smell possibly from the AC…,

Never ever go on the weekend UGA plays Florida. Horrible. The smell of weed would make a dead man high. Thin walls. The view from the balcony was of the back of buildings. Only one roll of toilet paper… and it was not a full roll. The elevator was out of order on the day of check out. It was awful trying to get all my things down several flights of stairs… several times up and down. How was I alerted to the elevator situation? A hand written sign on printer paper taped to the elevator doors. 0 staff to be seen anywhere.

It was such a wonderful experience we used their bikes to enjoying riding around the island. It was so convenient to the beach just steps. Very big space and kitchen was supplied well. I can't say enough - love the atmosphere Would definitely go back

Fantastic location and check in was super easy. I was disappointed in the view from my room on the 3rd floor. I was under the impression I would have an ocean view room. But, regardless it was fantastic and will stay here again!

Property is clean and attractive. Great location. The housekeepers we ran into were super nice and helpful. However, communication with host/staff was unsuccessful. We tried twice to call the number provided and left messages about needing more bedding for the sofabed and a leaking ac unit (bedroom) with no answer and no return call. Plan to be on your own staying here.

Online pictures are a lot nicer than reality. Room and furniture was vey dated and worn. The room was extremely damp from humidity- so much so that unpacked clothes even absorbed moisture. We are from FL so not strangers to humidity - this room or entire building needs to be weatherized.

The room was not cleaned from the last guest. We were on the 4th floor and the elevators were out during our entire stay. We had to take our luggage up 4 flight of stairs. All the coffe creamers, in the room and restaurant, were expired which could have made us sick. The master bedroom toilet was broken. They called someone to fix it which only lasted a day. The housekeeping staff apologized about the room and offered a free meal to the restaurant which was thoughtful. The hotel should informed us before we got there the elevators were out and offered away to get our luggage up the stairs.
