The room was not cleaned from the last guest. We were on the 4th floor and the elevators were out during our entire stay. We had to take our luggage up 4 flight of stairs. All the coffe creamers, in the room and restaurant, were expired which could have made us sick. The master bedroom toilet was broken. They called someone to fix it which only lasted a day. The housekeeping staff apologized about the room and offered a free meal to the restaurant which was thoughtful. The hotel should informed us before we got there the elevators were out and offered away to get our luggage up the stairs.

No one there but housekeeping. We received an email with our code to enter room. There is no lobby. Advertising a restaurant and bar, it’s there but closed. The building is very cool steps from the beach. Room was nice with kitchen.

There are a few things that need to be fixed and cleaned in this unit 203 such as the master bathroom towel rack, luggage rack was broken, master bathroom glass shower needs to be cleaned, and the master bathroom soap dispenser was empty. We didn't know until we checked in that the rooftop bar and restaurant is closed on Mon. & Tuesdays. When we have stayed here in the past the bar was always open even when the restaurant had a limited menu or was closed Overall, the accommodations and location were good, and we will stay here again.

Photos seem like they were taken a decade ago. Decent property, but it’s showing its age and wear. AC in room didn’t work, was essentially a fan, main room worked extra hard to keep place cool. Random light switches that took a while to sort out. Great location, property still has promise, just needs some care. Parking was the fantastic. Covered lot with easy access for guests. A minute walk to the beachfront.

They advertise that you can see the ocean from your balcony - but only if you are standing up. There is at least a 3’ cement bannister that blocks your view. When you call for assistance it goes to voice mail and the mail box is full. Two parts of the shower were broken. You can’t sit on your balcony from about 5-7 because the restaurant above - some kind of DJ and loud music. One plus - it is an easy walk to the beach.

Parking deck easy and balcony great. Disappointed with bathroom cleanliness and uncomfortable mattress. Had to wash lipstick off wine stems - not good! With good cleaning staff all issues would be solved. Convenient location.

Clean room; spacious if you’re in a suite. Great views. Overall it feels like the property could use a serious update. I also would suggest having more outside lights in the hallways leading to rooms for nighttime arrivals. It it rather dark and since the building is open air/accessible- safety is a concern.

Have stayed here numerous times because of location, spacious rooms, and, previously nice staff. Apparently a corporation from California bought them. Now check-in is solely online/or code. Heaven forbid you get there at 340pm. It's a hard check-in at 4pm. Otherwise you're charged $75. We had issues opening our door. Called the number, voicemail full. Finally figured out you have to punch in code and within 2 seconds twist deadbolt opposite to arrow while pulling door handle toward you. Frustrating. Not sure what we woild have done if we didn't get it finally. No person there to assist. We got there Friday afternoon. Saturday morning at 8am we got a text from Talsey the AI bot offering help if needed for places to eat, etc. All in all the rooms and location remain great. I did not like the impersonal and potential for problems of virtual check in. Humans like to talk to humans.
