“Does NOT have a pool, does NOT provide breakfast. See photo of the sign posted as well; but the pool is permanently closed. The ice machine is "temporarily" out of service, but the notice stating this looks like it had been up for a couple of months. They say the rates are lower for not having a pool anymore, and they offer to give you a refund if you don't want to stay - knowing that most people are not going to hassle with finding a new place and having to pay last-minute rates. There……

“The staff is excellent! Each of the women at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful! On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised.”

“Overall the hotel was nice. I wished it had a pool, but the other amenities were pretty nice. I had an issue with my room where the A/C wouldn’t come on and there were fly knats in the window, but the staff immediately helped me out and my next room was great. Clean, with working A/C.”

“Breakfast was good. The room was nice and the full size frig was a nice surprise. Rooms were spacious and the shower had plenty of hot water. One down side, the pull out couch bed for the fifth family member was very flimsy with no support. Worst I've ever had in many years of traveling........”

“The room was very clean, the building was very clean. The only thing I didn’t know was you get a $50 up charge at check in for a “just in case something breaks” but you do get that back as long as nothing is damaged when you leave the property”

“I went to my room and the door stuck I had to pull it to close it so they gave me another room it was fine but the day I was about to leave I saw some roaches coming out the lobby the carpet wasn't clean and the floor was uneven”

“This is an outstanding hotel in a great location. The hotel is looks like new and the lobby is very spacious and attractive and the staff was especially helful and welcoming. Great fitness center! The room was among the best I've stayed in recently and I've recently traveled and stayed in San Francisco, Big Sky Montana, Jacksonville, Florida and 3 hotels in Switzerland. The kitchenette was the best! The desk area was large as well as the sitting area with couch. I'll be back!”
