Great place to stay! Need a few updates but nothing terribly awful all n all a great place to stay when visiting st simons island great location a two minute walk to the ocean right across street from the light house love this area!! 9 out if 10 definitely would stay again

All of the staff, except one housekeeper, were super friendly. The facility is in the process of being renovated. You do have to ask for housekeeping services, which was a tad annoying. Great location.

The renovations were the only thing hold back this property. The shower handle was extremely loose and the hallways could have been better attended. Everything else was good from the beds to the towels. The staff was excellent from Trinity, Reese, and house keeping we could not have been greeted by a nicer people. We recognize that we were there during the slow season but we were glad we chose this property.

Thank God for the beautiful marble-lined bathrooms, granite counters, and travertine lobby, because everything else was cracked, dented, rusty, melted, broken, rattling, paint flecked, scraped, dusty, crooked, squealing, or flaking. The aggressively Argentine exterior be-lies the fluorescent, Motel 5 1/2 qualities inside, and your nearest Wawa does a better continental breakfast. Only the floors are being renovated, and that will be finished by the end of the year, which, fingers crossed, means THIS year.

It is important to note that this property is under renovation. Although, there were no disruptions during my stay. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location. While not all amenities were available, the pool was open and very enjoyable. I enjoyed my stay tremendously.

They have been upgrading the facilities. So be patient. Very unique place. We stay sometimes 4 times a year. Fantastic location. We just enjoy the uniqueness.
