“Everything met or exceeded our expectations! Husband wanted a closet in the bedroom but there was room to hang clothes in the laundry room so I’m filing this under a “him” issue! Great location - had everything we needed. Would book again…maybe without the closet whiner!! 😜”

“This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good……

“The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable. However, there were no kitchen towels or extra covers. It turned cold. There were plenty of extra pillows but no extra pillow covers. It also needed a decor upgrade. We did enjoy our time. We love staying at king and Prince. Thanks!”

“Just stayed overnight on our way to Orlando. Located in a nice location with close access to restaurants and the short walk to the beach. Cute little cottage with a full kitchen and laundry. Only downside is it needs several cosmetic updates and the water didn’t smell the best and had a sticky fee. Could be common for the area? Overall a great stop! ”

“We have stayed at Bill’s beach bungalow once before and would definitely stay again. The unit was VERY clean and orderly when we checked in, as was previously. This unit is perfect for a long weekend and we enjoyed our time here. The location is primary reason we chose to stay a second time. Cross one little street and down a path to beach!”

“The property was in a great location and very well maintained and stocked. It was very clean when we arrived and Kyle the owner was very attentive to our needs when we had difficulty with the TV I would recommend it highly!”

“Location was excellent and the townhouse was easy to access. A couple of things need a little attention - to turn on one of the table lamps you needed to screw in the lightbulb and unscrew it to turn it off. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced. It would have been nice to have a couple of drawers where we could unpack. ”
