The room was just plain ugly & cheap looking. There was limited furniture which looked old & worn. The TV was hanging on the wall with cords hanging loosely all the way to the floor. No separate area for the very small, single sink. There was no balcony, & the front was all windows with a very busy & loud outside hallway. The room was connected to three other rooms as there are rooms on either side, & another room behind it. The walls seemed thinner than most hotel rooms especially the wall adjoining the room in the back. My room was on the ocean front but there was no privacy to sit and enjoy it. The room appearance, noise level, & abscence of a private outdoor sitting area will prevent me from staying there again. The room was clean, & the staff were friendly.

Excellent value, very pleasant stay. Second floor ocean view. spectacular , serene beach right outside. Needed peace and quiet and solitude for 5 days and got it. Will be back again!

Loved it! Wish water was not out 11am to 3pm April 5th so rooms were not cleaned. But liked that message about water was announced at front desk. Would come back for pools, free breakfast, walkable, quiet, beach access.

This was a charming property-old school beach 2 floor hotel that was very clean with great staff, beautiful property and walkable to the beach Village and convention center. It was no frills and simple, but has everything you need for a great beach stay including the hotel breakfast included. Half the property (the suite style rooms) is undergoing a renovation which should be done by summer 2024.

Paola (front desk) was our hero. She was patient, helpful, and always happy no matter how many questions and how crazy our requests. She is a keeper! Overall the staff was very good. We found several LIVE roaches in our room, including inside the frig. We saw large live roaches in the dining area running around during breakfast.
