“Excellent stay .... although it was an older hotel it was exactly what I needed for "2" days !!! Clean and good bed and good pillows !!! No bells nor whistles but "2" nights for one pricing !!!! Other hotels adjacent and nearby were much more expensive and I wasn't entertaining guests I was sleeping and a place to chill .... ”

“Check in was nice and easy, they staff was nice, the room was renovated and had upgrades, it was clean but the people walking around outside the room and hanging out I. The parking lot was a bit uncomfortable ”

“Clean rooms, great staff, fabulous location, walk to historic district, shopping and restaurants. Principals office bar so much fun. Only issue was no dresser for unpacking suitcase in room 6. Courtney brea, very friendly. Definitely a great find.”

“We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!”

“We reserved our room online . When we arrived the office was closed but there was clear instructions on how to access our room. We were traveling with our small dog and the front desk was accepting and accommodating the next morning when we officially checked in. The room was SUPER clean! LOVED the full kitchen . And the fresh bedding. We will stay here every time we are in town ! Best stay we’ve had in a long time ! ”

“Property staff has been available for all of my needs. They take the time to get to know there guests during their stay. Without any prejudice towards guests from within the community. As relocation for work has brought me here and the apartment complex has had some difficulties therefore pushing back the move in date. Luckily relieving unnecessary stress by making my stay comfortable. Speaking of ”

“Great location! Rooms were well layed out and spacious. Fireplace did not work and AC units were quite loud but no biggie. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was also delicious. Would definitely stay again.”
