“The staff at the hotel were very helpful and cheerful. The parking for the facility was easy and close to our room. The property was well stocked with towels, coffee/tea, complimentary drinks in your room refrigerator. The property was peaceful to lounge by the pool and swings under the trees facing the ocean.”

“They do offer a continental breakfast from 6-10am however, they frequently run out of breakfast items before breakfast is over. While sitting an eating breakfast, I also observed staff putting away breakfast items before breakfast was ever over. They also told people they were out of items that I saw them put up. If having a good breakfast, is important to you this is not the hotel for you. It is also important to note that the ramp out to the beach is covered by sand so it is not traversible……

“Positives: Loved the amenities! Loved the bar, and the incredible access to the beach. The ability to ride bikes for free was nice and the cabanas were very relaxing. I don't have kids, but I loved the activities that were lined up for children involvement. The pool was remarkable and the bed is comfy. “The beach view from the third floor was good. Any lower would not be very good. Handicapped access to the beach in front of the hotel was limited. There was a boardwalk over the dunes to the beach, but it was 15 steps down to the beach at the end of the boardwalk.”

“Very busy time, staff was super nice. Rooms were well kept and nicely decorated. Really the only issue was with the other guests…children screaming, large groups of people taking over everything. We were blocked in for 20 minutes by another guest packing up that clearly saw us trying g to leave but refused to move their vehicle. But the hotel is nice and I would stay again, just not on Fourth of July.”

“Everything about the hotel was great. The only issue we had was that we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights through expedia. 1 room was great fully checked in for 2 nights. The 2nd room they tried to tell us we were only booked for 1 night. Which I had my itinerary. Then when asked about it again they told us someone else didn't check us in fully but gave us keys for both rooms. Then at check out I asked about it again and was told that the second room was checked in for 1 night then scheduled again and……

We were left in the dark about the properties'' amenities unless we asked. The iron in the room was broken, there are spider nests and cob webs all over the place inside and outside. My biggest complaint however, is that our first morning we left the "maid service please" signage outside on the door handle that was……
