“Most things about our stay were lovely! The property is beautiful and the rooms were clean. There were only two issues - one was how hard the bed was. I know that everyone has their preferences but this bed was practically rock hard to me. On the other end of the spectrum, my husband liked the firmness. You know what you prefer, so take this information and use it how you will.
The second was a slightly rude encounter with the security guard. My husband was trying to get the TV to come on and……

“The air conditioning and dehumidifier were mandatory for the rooms in Queens Court. Unfortunately, our a/c unit kept cycling on and off all night without stabilizing the room, which caused us to lose sleep. In fact, we did not get to sleep at all the first night and felt forced to vacate one day early.
Since we had paid our two-day fee in advance, we have not been reimbursed for the second night even though the hotel staff notified us that they filed the 'faulty a/c complaint' as an acceptable……
