「No one was there for 30 minutes to check us in. The door was locked after a 22 hour day and we called IHG they kept calling to no answer. Someone finally drove up and let us in never apologized and had bad attitude. This is unacceptable. The next morning the same person the next morning said they comped our room and I never got the refund. This was an awful birthday experience for me, and my wife.」

「There was a brown/reddish stain on the mattress cover, fitted sheet, and top sheet. The front desk did give us new bedding. However, bedding should never be stained and should be discarded if so. Poor housekeeping and poor quality assurance is what I experienced. Disappointed to say the least.」

「Good location, easy covered parking.
This is a tired older property currently being renovated. Looks better in the listing pictures than in reality. Worn out sheets and towels. No maid service on our second day of a two day stay. Rooms floors were filthy. Pictures shows a towel I used for a quick foot mop. “Island view” from our “balcony” was of a construction dumpster.
Hopefully the property will improve after renovations.」
