"This property was amazing. Host reached out to me once i booked to let me know they were available for any questions. A few days before our trip, they reached out again to with some tips on what to bring, and details about the house.The house was perfect, the split bedroom plan made it nice to have the kids on one side of the house and my wife and i on the other. It was exactly as described, and super clean. Absolutely no complaints.We did have an issue with the WiFi password, but the host...

"The hotel staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were nice and spacious. Lots of choices for breakfast from waffles, eggs, sausages and cereals to toast. Kitchen in rooms were nice however would have liked to know how they were stocked. Had choice of pans, but no spoons for cooking and no toaster or oven. Would be good to know ahead of time so I could plan meals accordingly. I ended up toasting my bread in the breakfast area’s toaster of the hotel each morning but did wish I had a cooking spoon when making chili and spaghetti in the evenings. They provided a spatula but needed a spoon. Also wished I had a broom and dustpan as we seems to track sand in daily. Outside of that we had a great stay, helpful employees made all the difference as well and loved being able to swim in the pool each afternoon or evening. Really liked that this pool has a sloped entrance which was great for little kids and adults that just want to sit in the water! "

"I like the location, the rooms Are great,clean etc, I had 1 issue this stay, We booked for 2 nights, Decided to see if they had a room for 1 more night, Said they did but we wold have to move to another room, That’s fine, same type of room. Next day time to move to our new room, said did not have a room booked.i had paid for it , they had clicked wrong night, didn’t want to refund money, but finally did After a few words with them. All make mistakes, but if it is your fault, don’t try to make your customers pay for it."

"I have never stayed at a hotel with kinder staff. The people who work here are amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the restaurant or amenities and beach. Definitely take a bike out and ride around if you can. My only complaint is the rooms are hit and miss—seems they renovated the room itself but not the bathrooms, and you can tell from peeling wallpaper, rusted faucets, etc. If you don’t mind some imperfections and are seeking convenience, a comfy bed and great staff, you’ll have a wonderful stay!"
