A few days before our trip, they reached out again to with some tips on what to bring, and details about the house.The house was perfect, the split bedroom plan made it nice to have the kids on one side of the house and my wife and i on the other. "I have never stayed at a hotel with kinder staff. The people who work here are amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the restaurant or amenities and beach. Definitely take a bike out and ride around if you can. My only complaint is the rooms are hit and miss—seems they renovated the room itself but not the bathrooms, and you can tell from peeling wallpaper, rusted faucets, etc. If you don’t mind some imperfections and are seeking convenience, a comfy bed and great staff, you’ll have a wonderful stay!"

"Staff was very helpful. Would have liked a list of offered amenities...things like beach towels were available, but I only found out by chance. Breakfast was OK, but not great. Holiday weekend really overloaded the breakfast service. Room was clean and comfortable. The lack of dresser drawers was a surprise, but that could have been the room selected."

"Our room was clean, and the staff were great! They were always greeting us with a smile and being polite when we needed anything. We loved having such easy access to the beach and everything else on the island. My family and I would definitely return to this hotel!"

"Positives: Loved the amenities! Loved the bar, and the incredible access to the beach. The ability to ride bikes for free was nice and the cabanas were very relaxing. I don't have kids, but I loved the activities that were lined up for children involvement. The pool was remarkable and the bed is comfy. Not so positives: The TV channels kept blurring, The patio furniture provided had bugs and webs all over it. The back patio had webs all over it as well. There were multiple webs found in the curtains by the AC (inside the room) and near the corners of the front door(inside the room). The bathroom shower had mildew all around the base of it and the shower head had lots of limescale build up on it. Upon entering the room, there is a bit of a chemical cleanser and mildew smell in the air. Overall experience: Really enjoyed my overall trip. With a cleaner bathroom and stronger pests control this could easily be a 10 out of 10. I don't have any photos of the problem areas but I did take a few lovely scenery pics just steps away from my hotel back door ."
