During check-in I was told that the room I had reserved was not available (no reason given) and that I would get a room with 2 double beds instead of the one with 1 king bed. 「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」
