“Everything was great except the elevator was overheating and would not run all the time. I was on the fourth floor and I had to use the emergency stairs a few times. I'm very able to use the stairs but some older folks had mobility issues and had troubles.”

“Nice breakfast that was well stocked. Rooms were very clean. Staffwas friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The staff was very welcoming and the check-in area/lobby was different and nice. We reserved a king room but they don't have one on the ground floor and they don't have an elevator so ended up on the ground floor in a room that must have had previous bathroom flooding and the restroom smelled like old diapers. I had planned on taking a bubble bath but the tub had rust spots and no stopper. This was advertised as a "Best Western Plus" and my expectations were way higher than they provided……
