“Pros: Clean modern room and amenities, nicely designed, simple in room features, free first come first serve parking in a closed/private garage. Two downsides: responses to texts takes almost an hour (do not have a call line), and lots of reminders to wash dishes used when they have a dishwasher there.”

“We had a great stay at Duncan House. The location is excellent- easy walking distance to great restaurants (we highly recommend Smokin Fins) and close to some fantastic running trails. If you run, definitely check out the Mary Carter Greenway.Hosting From The Heart was wonderful to work with—very responsive and genuinely thoughtful hosts. We’d happily stay here again.”

The property is very comfortable, nicely appointed, and within walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Conveniently located near the things we wanted to see and do. Enjoyed the Edgewater Public Market for a casual dinner. Lots of families with kids there. Meow Wolf Art experience was a short drive away and really interesting. Also walked around Sloan Lake. The condo was reasonable, but the kitchen needed some more things to make it functional. (I gave the host a list, hopefully it will be augmented.) Also note that it is on the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. ”
