"It wasn’t disappointing, just kind of “meh” — nothing special, but for the price I didn’t expect much more. Beds weren’t very comfortable and there weren’t enough outlets to charge phones or laptops. We arrived at 5:40, but apparently if you get there after 5:30 you have to let them know ahead of time. I wish that information had been better communicated, as we ended up waiting a while for an employee to help us."

"Pros Comfortable bed & pillows, lots of big mirrors, comfortable couch, large room, big TV, big closet. Good free movies. Staff is very nice and helpful. Salt water pool was nice. Although I didn’t take advantage of it, they have a lot of very nice outdoor seating. Cons I’ve never been in a hotel that hasn’t cleaned a room during a five nights stay until now. When I arrived, they asked me if I wanted cleaning daily or every other day, I chose every other day. Although I did put the do not disturb sign on the door on Friday and Saturday, I didn’t expect they would not come at all to clean the room during my stay. Needless to say, I had to call down for clean towels and more coffee for the coffee maker. Lighting in the bathroom is not great. Took a shower late one morning and it went cold. No complementary breakfast. Mid Shower pressure. Hot tub jets are super strong, like wave strong (I still went in twice and liked it)."

"I really appreciated the fact that when they say they are a dog friendly hotel they are truly dog friendly. Hard floors make for easier clean up in case anything happens and helps mitigate possible charges that could happen from having to clean up a dogs mess on a carpet. The dog friendly rooms are on the bottom floor with outdoor easy access in the room. They even offer dog bowls in case you forget your own. The location is great as well plenty of grass within walking distance and close to shopping areas as well. Overall a great stay."
