"Staff was really friendly and helpful with a late check in. Love that the inside was recently renovated and everything was clean except for the bathroom. Our tub was very dirty (or dirty looking) and there was black hair that was plastered all over the bathroom walls. For the price, I can’t complain, but something to note."

"Ok, in all honesty when I drove up after booking on Expedia hours before, I thought I’d made a mistake. This place is definitely an ugly duckling old school walk up with different entrances. I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel room. It was simple and yet VERY clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and also very clean. It was quiet with somewhat firm mattresses. I would have liked softer but they seem to all lean towards firm. The breakfast was good even though another protein option would have been nice. All in all, I would stay again."

"The breakfast eggs were still frozen in the fridge, and two cycles in the toaster was not enough to completely thaw. I don’t expect fresh cooked eggs, but I shouldn’t have to defrost them, or at least provide directions on the best way to warm them up."
