「We are so happy that we picked the farmhouse as our home base for our daughter's graduation from Virginia Tech this past May. Aunts and grandparents were extremely comfortable with their own rooms and en suites. Everyone had a place to relax between activities and didn't even have to leave the house for morning coffee. We had family meals each night and anything we needed was right there in the kitchen. We had a private chef cook for us one night and she was also impressed with the kitchen! ...

We enjoyed dinner and games around the massive kitchen table before relaxing around the firepit and taking in the peace of country living. 「This was the perfect place for our family to re-connect and unwind. The hosts thought of everything that guests might need. The home and surrounding property were stunning. We all spend ours sitting on the front porch reminiscing. Our family has already booked another stay here, and cannot wait to return!」

「The old Mills farm is like going home. The vast backyard invites you to experience the night sky and all it’s wonders. 「This was such a great place for our family. We could look out the window and see horses. We loved it. It was just after Christmas and we were visiting my sister and her family so we wanted a place where we could all sit down and have a meal. And this place is perfect and so lovely. Just as described, clean, easy to access and the host was amazing, even checked in with us after we arrived to ask if there was anything else we needed. We have family in this area, we will stay here again!」

「We had a great stay at the farmhouse at Peaks of Otter Winery in Bedford, VA! My husband & I needed rest and relaxation and the stay at Elmo's Rest farmhouse did not disappoint!!
