“Wide and clean room, amazing facility, but there wasnt anyone for welcome or check-in”

“This B&B can only be reached by car. The room is clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They do not provide dinner but they will introduce the restaurants nearby. They own a vineyard. Guests are free to visit. They have a wine tasting session at 7 pm. The staff there explained their wine production in details. The wines are good. We have bought a few bottles from them. The breakfast was great. Surely will visit there again if we go to Bordeaux.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, what a wonderful place. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfy bed. Our hosts were welcoming and between us we managed some good conversations with our shared knowledge of French & English. The pool was very welcomed after a hot day and the glass of rose wine enjoyed after our swim was delightful. Our hosts very kindly booked us a table at a nearby restaurant and gave us a map to help us find it. We slept brilliantly and woke the next day to a delicious……

“My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!”

“Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit pour notre étape de vacances. La chambre était propre et les lits confortables. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, le petit déjeuner est bon et très copieux ! Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, ce qui est agréable après plusieurs heures de route, en plus du calme ambiant. C'est reposant ! Il faut juste prendre garde au distributeur de savon qui se bouche un peu parfois et fait quelques blagues de projection. (mon fils en a eu un peu dans les yeux, un……

“Our stay was unforgettable. Olivier and Nathalie are wonderful hosts of a very beautiful hotel with tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms. The dinners (table d'hôtes) were phenomenal with excellent wine pairings from the region. We also very much appreciated the recommendations on things to do in the vicinity and which scenic roads to take. We felt like we stayed with family. It was so peaceful and restful that we can't wait to go back and stay longer. Very highly recommended!”

Learned that owner’s vineyards haven been rented to Saint Angelus, one of our favorite wines, and that backyards has indeed enhanced our feeling. ”
