Your cozy getaway awaits in Ibadan at this beautiful building. With 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 5 bathrooms come equipped with amenities like a bidet and shower for added comfort. Enjoy the convenience of AC, a washing machine, iron, and WiFi during your stay. Fall in love with Ibadan and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
The estate is centrally located in the heart of Ibadan- 200m to a major market, proximity to malls and recreational centers, within 5 minutes drive to major parks (Iwo road), government buildings and about 15mins drive to the airport.
All roads leading to the estate are fully tarred with the internal roads fully paved.
The access gates are manned 24hours by trained security men who enforces strict access control.
