"The Grand is an outstanding hotel. Great room design and value. Majority of staff interactions were great. To improve: The ((young) valet was crabby at check-in, wanting me to move my car to the street when there was literally one car in the entrance. I was there no more than five minutes. Overall a great hotel- they should be very proud of their operation."

"The room was nice and spacious and included a sofa and big TV, with fridge and mw for snacks available on site. Staff were great. Breakfast was prepackaged continental including hb eggs. Could need another toaster when busy. Overall a great value."

"I checked in at 10:20pm on 11/12 and checked out at at 8:25am on the 13th. During this time I didn't interact with many staff, but the ones I did meet were very professional and courteous. The smile and efficiency of the night desk staff who checked me in at the end of a long day was much appreciated, as was the smile and warm welcome of the staff providing breakfast. The room was spotless."
