Had a quick 1 night stay but the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the place did not give the “old stale” hotel smell. When sleeping I could smell the laundry soap on the sheets. I was greeted with smiles by 4 employees and had an easy quick check in with Jess and Tacko! Would definitely recommend!

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and we had no problem finding parking. Breakfast was good, it had the usual waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit, and well stocked. Rooms were small, very small elevator and the only issue we had was that the fridge had a bit of an odor because it was unplugged, other than that was a good choice for a good price, and was glad they had rooms available in a pinch. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone needing a good, reasonably priced place to stay the night.

This hotel is a great value for a stay. 😊 It’s located with easy access to the freeway and is close to downtown shopping. An older building which had been recently renovated and was in excellent condition. It was very clean, everything worked, not as expensive as other hotels in the area, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a problem with parking on the weekend, but we found free street parking (Sunday holiday no charge for the meter) right next to the entrance. Definitely not fancy, but definitely worth staying at. Walkable to all of downtown Spokane, which by the way, is a pleasant area with lots of good restaurants and cocktail bars. I would stay there again.
