「We had such a great stay at the overlook nook! We were impressed by how clean the property was and we absolutely loved the view from all the windows in the front. 「There were no instructions to work the heat and they wouldn’t stay on so we were cold most of the time. We were told there was only one flight of stairs but there were two with a landing making one of our people have to stay elsewhere and making it hard on our other disabled people to get up. "As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
