Staff was very nice and helpful. Car didn't get any damage in the parking lot. Room was clean and my husband didn't have an allergic reaction to any pets that had been in there. I will say the people staying there may let their pets pee on the side stairs, cause there was a definite oder. otherwise, close to the freeway, walkable if you need it. Very hot water and good pressure!

The parking was easy. The room was fairly clean, cleaner than some of the Motel 6's we have stayed at. The staff was helpful. and the laundry room was clean, and inexpensive.

One of the worst hotel experiences. We stayed two nights Friday night and Saturday night, but we’re told there was no refund available for Saturday night. So without accommodations we had to stay. On Friday there were many people, including the staff that were sitting in the lobby, drinking and being very loud past 11 at night. We asked for extra pillows because the two that we had were very flat we were told that there were no extra pillows in the hotel. We asked the staff not to clean our room. They did anyway, and move stuff in our room. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. There were people trying to train their dogs in the hallway at midnight and people letting their children run up and down the hallway up till 11 we asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. We travel with two dogs and we like to stay at motel six because they offer pets free of stay. But I would gladly pay the extra for better sleep. I cannot recommend the Spokane Valley Motel six at all.

The staff is really good, the room was nice, the location is perfect for what I needed. I always like this motel because even though it's tucked up against the freeway, it's quiet and there is food within walking distance. And the staff is really great, I can't stress that enough.

Didn't feel like a safe area. The hallways had an unignorable odor and you could hear every conversation happening in the rooms as you passed the. The actual room was clean and smelled fine. The mattress was very thin. I simply couldn't get the lights to turn off and most of the outlets near the bed didn't work. The staff were kind and did a good job but the place itself didn't do it for me.

Room was comfortable and clean, though not like pictures. Lobby smelled like rotten food and dirty dog. Don’t breathe thru there. Not all rooms have a mini and micro so be sure you check. The room service/cleaning staff are all friendly and helpful and most of the front desk staff are at least tolerant of guests, if not friendly, however there is a gentleman that works mornings who will go out of his way to make your stay as uncomfortable as possible, as well as a girl named Heather who is rude, short, and suffers from a superiority complex. The vending machines are usually well stocked and there’s is a laundry room about half the time. No room coffee and despite being told there’s coffee in lobby, usually there isn’t any. Overall, if you are looking for a mind your business and get some rest motel, this is great, but not for an extended stay.
