This place was disgusting. We walked in the room and saw the condition it was in which included hair all over the bed, the mirrors were filthy, the toilet was dirty, and there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. We ended up leaving and canceling our reservation.

Room was dirty, the key cards didn’t work on exterior door so they just propped it open. The entire building smelled like cat piss and pot. We checked out as soon as we looked at the room. Based on this experience I will never be staying at another Wyndham property.

We stayed here because we needed a last minute room just to sleep and it was $60. The lobby was updated and nice, and our room was mostly clean, but definitely an older rubdown room. The si k faucet wasn’t secure and moved when you turned it down, the shower was kind of sketch and the soap/shampoo bottles were either missing the top lid/pump or empty. There was no hand soap at the sink and tv didn’t work initially so had to go to front desk. He was very nice. The tv only works if you move the cord and push some buttons on the tv itself to change source. There was hardly anything to pick for breakfast so we went somewhere else. Overall, fine place to stay for one night but not a place we wanted to hang and relax. We were relieved to leave the next morning.

Broken bed but since we are handicapped they couldn't moved us to the second floor where rooms where available. No hand soap, no shampoo or conditioner. The bathroom ceiling has black mold, I took video, I was told that because I booked through Expedia that they couldn't and wouldn't partially refund me.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Terrible service. Do NOT stay here unless you need the cheapest, dirtiest and drug filled place you can stay at. Did not see one housekeeper the entire time I was there. I have videos and pics of my entire stay and the rude staff. Walls had brown stuff all over them, sheets/pillows had other peoples hair still all over them. Behind and under the bed were drug paraphernalia, q tips, condoms and etc. Bathrooms look as though they had never been cleaned. I asked for a refund and never received one. They did charge me extra for the pet fee which is fine if I stayed the whole time and was told of the pet fee upfront. That was not the case… it was $15 and they charged me $25. Really terrible place. I would never recommend staying here.

Room is disgusting, very dirty, broken glass pipe on the floor, bloody boogers on the wall in the bathroom. Mirrors are filthy can see hand prints on them. Bathtub hasn’t been cleaned in lord only knows how long.

Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. Bed had a huge stain. Had to sleep on top of the covers. Very dirty, floors need swept. Shower curtain very moldy, unable to shower due to the dirtieness. Expedia called & front desk he had a room to move us. Wheni went to ask for a different room they said they were full. Asked for a full or partial refund & neither expedia or Ramada would help
