They parking wasn’t bad but I would not recommend this place if you take cleanliness seriously. The bed sheets weren’t clean, the shower wasn’t clean, and there wasn’t any soap or body wash.

The rooms were not cleaned completely from previous guests. The towels were not all clean and fresh. The staff was loud overnight with their personal chat, one in particular had a very loud voice that could be heard on the first and second floor. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this might not be it.

Room was a mess, stains all over the bedding, walls and the lamps. Garbage was left in our room. We had an unexpected $50 charge that was not on the list when I booked the room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Usual assortment of breads and biscuits & gravy. I'm not a fan of biscuits & gravy, but other guests seem to be enjoying breakfast. Nice dining area.

The first room they had us stay in was dirty, and the toliet was not working. There was a piece of floor was missing in the kitchen. They put us in a new room. It was slightly better but it was also not really clean. The tv didnt work. Stain on the beds, walls, baseboard heaters. Room was not well maintained. Ice machine was not working. The door the the building was also not working. Stairs are also very steep, no elevator.

Hotel hall needs vacuumed, I don't want to go barefoot in the room the floor is old and gross. The window looks i to a trailer park. The lights have broken shades and old cords hanging out. Reception area has an awesome plant growing all over it but over all feels old and run down.

The room I was given had urine on the toilet seat, multiple lights didn't work, plastic wrap over the smoke detector, exposed wiring, dirty mirrors, dirty microwave and fridge, no kleenex, no hand soap, no shampoo, no bosy wash. About 8 men were partying a few rooms away, into all hours of the night and the desk clerk was hanging out with them. I have photos. I requested a refund of the second night as I did not stay a second night. I don't know if it was refunded, I was not given a receipt.

The room smells badly, bugs, hand soap empty,paper towel empty. It smells so badly that I escaped the very next morning before scheduled 3 nights stay. It is so hard to find a place to commute with Expedia and connect with the hotel staff about the issues.

Not easy to enter from the east on Sullivan. We were checking in and the incidental fee upfront we were not expecting, normally motels ask for your card to pay for incidentals after your stay. The room amenties could use some TLC like the coffee maker was missing it's brewing basket, the dresser was missing a drawer, just little things that made the room and bathroom look like it wasn't taken care of well. Parking area was fine, Full Breakfast was good and I am glad the beds were not like sleeping on a soft rock and got two pillows per person. Convenient to food and shopping though.

This property was unkept. There was no elevator and the carpeted stairs had dog fur all over them. The room smelled like musty smoke and the mirrors and windows were dusty and dirty.
