A unique, charming older building with beautiful classic features reminiscent of the early 1920s. The beds were comfortable, the building was quiet, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The bathroom is small and somewhat dated, but the location and price worked very well for our group. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the character of this historic property.

It was close to activities downtown Spokane. Very affordable. Didn’t like that parking was a bit of a walk for a handicapped person. Would have been nice if they had at least had valet parking available for a handicapped person.

The staff were really helpful and gave us a later checkout, then stored our bikes while we looked around the city before catching a late train. The hotel is very conveniently placed, lovely atmosphere and nice spacious room. Very good value. For some reason I couldn’t give the 5 star rating for all the categories, but this hotel definitely deserves that.
