Palmetto Cottage is located on the largest beach in Spanishwells. The views are perfect and you may enjoy them sitting on the beach deck as well as in the cottage which overlooks the sea. A sandbar is in the front of the cottage for exploring for shells or a lovely walk.

We were 4 women in need of some R&R. This home was perfect for us. The kitchen was so well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the beach divine. We can’t recommend it highly enough. And, the little lizard that greeted us every time we were onthe porch is named JohnnyCake.

Beautiful House on the beach. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for my family. Beds were very comfortable which is a big plus for us as well. We have stayed at Palmetto Cottage 2 years in a row. It is a beautiful property in a fabulous location. It is homey, has central AC, if needed, and lots of kitchen goods for cooking meals. Both the inside living space and the porch were great for sitting and relaxing. The sandbar and beach are stunning.

I can’t say enough about Palmetto Cottage. The location is great. It is close to the market and close to the restaurants. Eagles Landing is literally right in your front door and is such a good restaurant to go to. The pistachio cake is amazing! The house itself is wonderful. It has everything you need. It’s roomy and comfortable, and we loved the patio and the deck. The beach, which is in your backyard,is beautiful and not crowded at all. My teen boys loved the kayak and paddle board. If I had to describe our vacation in three words, it would be simple, relaxing, and peaceful. If we ever come back to this island, I will want to stay at Palmetto cottage again. It has all the amenities you need as far as washer and dryer and all the cookware that you need. Wonderful stay and experience!

Such a Gem!!

This was our first visit to Spanish Wells. We've been to Brelin, Cat Island, Staniel Cay, Chub, and this stay quickly topped our list! The cottage has everything you need, the pantry was well stocked. The grocery store is just a walk away making it easy for us to get things to cook. The beach is right out your back door and the sand bar gave us an almost pool location for our little one to play. The decor was adorable and I need to know where you got your dining room table!! I have been looking for something just like it!!

Fabulous time! Palmetto Cottage was wonderful! Perfect location, provided everything you could want. Very nice furnishings, linens, etc. super comfy beds. Immaculate. I wouldn't change a thing about our stay except I wish we could had stayed for longer! I would certainly rent here again.

We found paradise!

We found paradise, it’s at Palmetto Cottage!! We had the most wonderful time in this lovely house. Our grandsons spent countless hours in the beautiful water learning to snorkel and playing in the sand. The home was cozy and so enjoyable. Gabby was a friendly and helpful gift to us, going above and beyond! There can’t be a prettier place on the island❤️

Tropical Paradise

We were super impressed with this charming cottage and the location was perfect! The cottage was ideal for my family with 2 kids and my parents. The kitchen was well stocked, each room had a private bathroom, and the air condition kept us comfortable! We enjoyed the beach which was just steps away from our home. The sandbar in front made us feel comfortable with the kid’s swimming. We had a couple of maintenance issues and the manager was quick to respond. Overall the island was charming. Grocery and alcohol a bit expensive so do your research if your on a tight budget.
