「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「It was a short stay, but place was clean. It had four bottles of water in the fridge. Bathroom was very clean and had it enough shampoo and conditioner (we forgot ours) and plenty of towels. It had a properly working A/C. There was espresso coffee and nespresso machine for me to have my coffee in the morning. It was closed to restaurants and a market. The windows had shade. 「Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. 」

"An average hotel, that while close to Times Sq and transport is not in a very nice area. The hotel lobby was a crowded zoo at all times of the day, expect to queue for lifts almost always. We had a room on the 3rd top floor, Saturday night we barely slept with thumping music from the rooftop bar. I can only imagine what those in the rooms above went through The room itself was comfortable enough, the bathroom is tiny but in decent condition. If you get a good deal this hotel may be acceptable. "
