“I booked this apartment for my daughters before my daughter's move to Barnard College and chose it because the listing advertised modern comforts, including air conditioning.During their stay, the portable air conditioner ran continuously, including on its coldest setting, but the apartment never became comfortable. They also purchased a tower fan in an attempt to improve the temperature, but it did not make enough of a difference for them to sleep comfortably.The apartment did not meet our……

“Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk.”

“It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,……

“My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats……

“This property has several units sharing a living room/eating area, kitchen, and a bathroom. The check-in process was very easy once the host made contact. Property was clean. Everything was pretty good until the guests in Unit 3 came in from wherever they had been. 3:45am someone was banging on my unit’s door trying to open it and all of the doors in the unit. Then when I woke up and went to use the restroom. Unexpectedly, there were 3-4 people sleeping in the floor of the living room area from……
