"I really enjoyed my stay. It was an easy walk to the train station, shopping and dining. The rooms were spacious and the staff very friendly. This was my second visit and I will definitely stay again. "

"It is an unforgettable experience to stay in this idyllic, historic cottage. The host has thought of every possible detail! Thank you for sharing this place with the world!"

"This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! The hut was perfect, the bed extremely comfortable with high-quality linens and duvet/pillows. Kitchen very well-supplied with everything I needed (and more). The bathroom was great too, shower a little on the less-powerful side, but I expected that seeing...

"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"This quirky cottage was a great home base for touring the Cotswolds. It's in a fantastic location for convenience but it was quite noisy and it was difficult to get a good sleep. Overall the property was comfortable and clean, but could use a bit of ongoing maintenance. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Almost perfect! Would have liked a lock on the upstairs bathroom door, but other than that it was fabulous!"

"Quirky campsite, stayed in the Airstream
Had everything we needed for a couple of nights away.
Was nice to have our own toilet but, felt the shower was unnecessary and we did not use it
Well equipped kitchen, seating area inside and out. Bed very comfy "

"Enjoyed our stay. The property was in a prime location, very clean, very comfortable. Small but ok for my sister and me. Would consider returning again and plenty of things to see and do in and around the area. Thanks for letting us share your beautiful home"

"The property is centrally located a short 15-min walk from the train station and a 3-min walk from Christ Church College. They even left fresh milk in the fridge for tea. "

"We spent a relaxing 2 weeks in this gorgeous period cottage. Dawn and Bette were excellent hosts and have attended to every need. Comfortable bedding, quiet and very cosy surroundings. Although only a couple of minutes from the main street it is very private and quiet. We made an excellent choice, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a base in the Cotswolds."

"Loved the app key. Unfortunately the EV chargong didn't work via the app, but the front desk staff worked around it wirh great commitment! Thank you and we'll be back for sure!"
"Good hotel. Go to the Redbridge Park and ride site to park your car and get two return bus tickets into the city centre for £5 of you are sight seeing. Good deal. "
"I had a day meeting down Norham Gardens and Summerton is walkable. This is a hotel that is high spec in many ways but is cheap because there are no extras like breakfast. I like Gail's and there is one across the road for baked eggs then walk it off:) Since I just want a comfortable night's sleep this is the perfect place for me and I returned..."
"A modern room that was very comfortable. Lots of parking. Food is available in the in the PaisleyPear which does involve going outside to reach. Plenty of car parking. Would be very happy to stay here again."
"The room was very well proportioned, very clean and had a lovely ensuite. It was on the fourth floor but had a small lift which made access very easy. The staff were very helpful and the English breakfast was excellent. The location in the center of the town made it very easy to access the shopping areas and the Peoples Park nearby was very pleasant and easy to walk to. The only reservation we had was that the rear parking area could only be accessed through a very, very narrow opening from the main road, which caused concern every time that we had to take the car out. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay."
"The staff here are fantastic, the room was spotless, and the breakfast very good value. If the weather hadn’t been so awful we would’ve also enjoyed the rooftop terrace 😎. Thanks for a great stay."
