「I just had a few things that stood out. 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom with another 1/3 of a roll under one sink. I had to buy toilet paper for our stay. The first night, I made dinner at 9:30pm and every dish & pan I got out of the cabinet had a puddle of water in them. Phone chargers, that would have been great to have provided as a charging station or even a box or USB to use a charger. 「Room was mostly clean. You could see that a dirty rag was used to clean, there were streaks everywhere. Good breakfast. Pool was nice enough. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 」

「The property is inside a park, so we had to pay to enter (not a problem but didn’t see that mentioned anywhere before we arrived) The place was nice but dated. The pool was nice, but cold. The lady that checked us in didn’t know what she was doing so it took twice as long as it needed to. We were told we would get the park fee refunded and still haven’t. We have a random charge that no one we have talked to can explain or resolve for us, and the manager still hasn’t called us back to resolve. 」

「The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. For example, you could see handprints in the dust above the lamp. The main issue that we had is that our room didn't get cleaned the entire 6 days that we stayed. The 3rd night, we went to the desk for clean towels. On the 5th morning we stoped by the desk on our way out to inquire why our room had not been cleaned...

「Julia the front desk conceirge is lovely and so helpful but the hotel needs a renovation and since it’s one of the only hotels close to IU you are stuck.」

「Had issues making final payment through VRBO site, so had to send payment to owner outside the VRBO system. Otherwise, everything was as expected. We used for 12 guys overnight golf trip stay. Great for this purpose or college football weekend. 」
