"Première fois dans un hôtel Leonardo, très satisfaisant. Check-in facile, personnel gentil et serviable. Grande chambre très tranquille, 2 lits doubles confortables. Salle de bains un peu petite, mais ok. Hôtel propre sauf pour les tapis des corridors, mais la réception nous a avisés qu’il changeait tous les tapis. Belle vue de notre chambre au 16e. L’hôtel est à au moins 20 min à pied des restos et bars du vieux Sachsenhausen, quartier historique. Un lundi soir plusieurs étaient fermés ou trop remplis, donc à dû choisir un resto pas super. Nous sommes arrivés tard dû au retard de notre train Flixtrain. La navette de l’hôtel coûte 40 euros pour l’aéroport, à au moins 15-20 min de FRA. Hôtel à recommander, j’y retournerais sûrement. "Great location. Rooms are quite dated. I know it’s a historic hotel but heater appears to be from the early 20th century. Thermostat doesn’t work. Shower has 5 control knobs even my AI can’t tell me how to use them. You only need one knob in most hotel…"

"Front desk employees in the morning were amazing. The front desk employee at night was kind of rude. Even though we had a do not clean sign at the door, house keeping entered the room which felt like a lack of privacy. We also kindly requested a refund for the last night as something came up and had to leave Frankfurt early to which the manager refuse to help. Overall great experience at check in but not great overall"

"Excellent clean room, with VERY comfortable beds. Great location near the train station and river walk. Staff were fantastic, and provided great service. Breakfast was varied and high quality with lots of options for celiacs and dairy allergies. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"The location for this hotel is excellent - can’t better. It’s very stylish and they give toiletries like body lotion and conditioner, which I consider the mark of a good hotel. They have a reception but it is mainly contactless. I didn’t need anything so I didn’t interact. Room was clean, staff came to clean. I had the “Lovely” room which I thought was a great size in contrast to others who have said the rooms were too small. Book the lovely or bigger and you will be fine. Where this hotel fell short is in quite a few areas. 1) when you enter there are only stairs to get down to the elevator so you have to carry your bags down a short flight of stairs. It is short but still. 2) no fridge in the room or any water provided or even cups. Not coffee machine either. 3) it is LOUD. I was on the 1st floor, which I am convinced they give you if you don’t book direct. There is a bar next door that is BUMPIN during the day and well into the evening. In the morning you can hear the music in the lobby that they play. You can hear everyone walking around and moving furniture. I sleep like a rock so it did not affect me but when I was awake I really noticed it and if you were a light sleeper you’d be screwed. Also everyone on street level can see you on the lower floors so you need to make sure you draw the blinds. It is probably a better hotel if you stay on a higher floor but this won’t be at the top of my list to stay again if I come to FRA."

"Clean, safe, executive hotel walking distance from the train station. Perfect place to stop for the night - a delightful oasis in a gritty town- provided all the necessary amenities. Only 20 yards from train station but a world away from the downtown scene inside. Rooms were soundproof and small but well appointed with tea kettle, coffee station, good linens and complimentary coffee, water, bath products etc. Would definitely stay again. Bar onsite in lobby. No food service but dozens of eateries and markets available across the street until very late at night. "
