「We had the most amazing stay at Tenuta Solomita where Gigi took great care of us. Everything was absolutely great, starting with the lovely room with all comforts, the loveliest view of the Amalfi Coast and my favourite part: the fabulous breakfast served by Gigi every morning. 「Fantastic place to visit Amalfi coast. Away from the tourists Cava de' Tirreni is a real Italian town. The hotel is an old palace, our room was superb with all amenities and our host Dario went out of his way to help. One warning, a car can be expensive to park. But the train connections are very good.」

「At the very last minute we had to find accomodations for one night in Salerno. We were lucky enough to find Home 47 and the wonderful host. Gracious and welcoming. 「This was our PERFECT Salerno “launch pad” for the Amalfi Coast vacation. The train from Naples took us to the historic Salerno rail center and even with two rollable bags, the walk to The Holiday Guesthouse was an easy and mostly flat 12-minutes. Easy instructions from Superhost Angela and we were in. Clean, very modern design and fixtures and great queen bed. 「We were greeted with Rosa she was the best helped us with anything we needed! : whether it be dining options or even jus the bus routes or where to buy the tickets she was amazing and the property was awesome views vicinity to town was a short 10 min walk although wouldn’t recommend at night. Room was clean and spacious everything we needed was there. Hot tub was nice after long day looking out over the ocean and the picturesque views of the mountain side! Definitely would go back 」

「It is far away from the beach and city center(over 20mins by walk). If you have luggage, you must take the local bus to arrive this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel, especial during October to April. You can find the same price hotel but just right on the beach. Please pay attention, don't put any private stuff in the refrigerator. Otherwise you will get punishment to pay 1.5 euro when you checkout.Ridiculous!!」
