Beautifully nestled along the Pedernales River is this spacious two story vacation home! You will find yourself at peace and surrounded by nature here. The home is perfect for a group of family or friends looking for a gorgeous and spacious place to stay in the hill country.

This Spicewood property features a 4BR/2.5BA. With recent renovations, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and views striking views of the Pedernales River from both the living room and large bedroom upstairs. Primary suite downstairs with newly remodeled bathroom. 3 bedrooms & full bathroom upstairs. Large porch on both floors.

Now, let's talk about the location. Our home sits near the banks of the serene Pedernales River. Please note that while the water levels are historically low currently, the views remain breathtaking and there's still access to the water, just a short walk away from the house. If you're a fan of beautiful sunsets, you'll be mesmerized as the sun dips below the horizon, casting gorgeous colors across the sky and over the river. Also enjoy fishing or kayaking down at the boat dock.

We are in a prime location near Spicewood Vineyards or StoneHouse , Iron Wolf distillery, Poodies Bar, Angels Icehouse or hiking in Pace Bend Park. 10 min to Gaucho winery and Luck Ranch, only 40 min from downtown Austin, and 25 min from Lakeway.

Picture yourself hanging out on our covered patio with friends drinking your coffee or sipping on a glass of wine while surrounded by trees or sitting by a roaring fire roasting marshmallows listening to your favorite tunes!

Spicewood feels like you have stepped into another world...a place where you can actually see the stars, hear the birds, kayak in the lake, and feel the peacefulness of nature and space.
