“Wir wurden im Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen – das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Anlage selbst ist schön gestaltet, mit einer tollen Aussicht über das Meer, einem gepflegten Poolbereich und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Leider gab es aber auch einige Punkte, die für uns den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben. In unserem Zimmer war die Rückwand des offenen Schranks stark von Schimmel befallen, die Toilette hat dauerhaft nach Kloake gerochen und das Zimmer war insgesamt……

“The Domes of Elounda was a beautiful property. The facilities including pools were beautiful. The reason I give it an ok is due primarily to service and maintenance considering the price. I expected 5 stars and got 4. The first night our electric went out. They fixed that that night but the hot tub did not work until the next day. The bar servers were incredibly slow. Other service was slow as well due to most of the servers being new. The cart drivers were great as well as reception.”

“This is simply a stunningly located hotel on a very steep hillside. The views are epic. The hotel has 3 main external lifts to beach level or a free electric buggy service to take you up / down the levels if you don't want / can't walk. Poolside staff excellent, sun umbrellas to all sunbeds and attentive polite, English speaking staff. Inclusive breakfast is buffet style , but there everything you could possibly want . Evening meal if you choose it was buffet again which we had once at 30……

“Dora was amazing! She helped us plan some great day trips. More local traditional Greek food at the dinner buffet would have been appreciated. Our room was very damp and smelt musty. We only stayed for 3 nights but would have asked to be moved if staying longer. . ”

“The suite we stayed in was fantastic. It had two bedrooms and a kitchen and sitting area. It also had two roomy sections of outdoor patio. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a nice little bar at the swimming pool.the only thing it could do better was the pool could use some repairs and a good cleaning.”

“This is a comfortable hotel. A bit pricey for what it offers. The pool needs more attention in terms of cleaning. I went towards the end of season but this is no excuse for a five star hotel not to be on top of everything.”

“We got upgraded from 2 bed to 3 bed with a pool, fabulous place and staff so friendly. Access to private beach club too”

“L'hôtel mériterait d'être rénové. La piscine est verte tout autour, ce n'est pas glorieux. Sinon hôtel bien placé, acceuil très bien, petit déjeuner moyen, pas grand choix. Mais dans l'ensemble pour 2 nuits, ça va.”
