Dieser muss 30min vor Ankunft erneut telefonisch bestätigt werden. Nur um dann zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel in der Box deponiert ist. 「This flat is on two levels, not ground floor with very steep corkscrew stairs that were very difficult to get baggage up and down. Had we known or understood that we would not have booked this house.
