“It was decent for 1 night. Was clean so cannot complain”

“Beautiful cottage in a great area less than a five minute drive to downtown and the lake. I can't wait to go back!”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“This hotel was not worth the money we spent to stay at it. The carpet in the rooms were sticky, there were no vents in the bathrooms so they were always damp and all of the linens on the beds felt damp with the air conditioner on. We had other family staying at the hotel as well and they said the pool area was gross, we didn’t even go in there. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.”

“I liked that each unit had a private patio. I did not like the damp smell of the suite nor the fact that the bathroom was not cleaned well.”

“The Geneva Inn was a pleasant surprise! It is a charming boutique hotel- very well-kept. We enjoyed the sizable room and a beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely stay there again!”

“We arrived at the hotel very late and discovered after checking in that the bed linen hadn't been changed. After speaking with the front desk, I was moved to a different room.”

“The Grand Geneva is a beautiful resort with great amenities and great staff. We enjoyed the spa, restaurants, lounge onsite Starbucks and outdoor pool. The resort still has so much more to offer! Awesome place.”

“We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we……

“Clean room and spaces, and excellent, quiet in room a/c. We needed a room spur of the moment for a grad party nearby and the Baymont Inn and Suites was perfect for the 4 of us. The coffee and breakfast got the spot in the morning. Thank you!”

“Just loved staying here, met the owner and she was wonderful. The little details that they have all over the place is just great, you feel welcome. It's just over all a great place to stay if you're ever in lake Geneva, will be going back again.”

“Couldn’t find my reservation on arrival. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for manager to find it.”

“Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”
