“It was a lovely riverside location with the cathedral 5 minutes away. A footpath by the side of the pub opposite got you into the heart of the city in 6 or 7 minutes. Apartment is small but perfect for two. A city map would be useful as there is no tourist office in Norwich and we got a bit lost firsts day.”

Excellent communication with quick responses both before and during stay ensuring we were kept updated on all relevant information. I would certainly recommend Luis without hesitation. The property was exactly as described and located in a good quiet area of the city centre whilst having quick and easy access to local resources in regards entertainment, shops, restaurants etc. Very happy our choice of both……

“Great location, handy for getting around Norwich and the grater Norfolk area, only downside was the parking, no fault of the properties but it can get expensive paying £10-£20 per day for parking. House was clean, beds were comfy. Maybe more tea towels & toilet roll could be provided but theres nothing stopping people bringing their own if needed”

“A beautiful home, fabulous host and a great room. 10 mins drive to North Walsham for parkrun, 5 mins drive to the beach and a few minutes walk to a great cafe.”

“Great location. Easy walk into the city centre. A couple of bars directly outside so a bit of noise until closing time. However we were out so it didn't effect our stay. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with new csrpets and a refresh. But a great bolthole for q city break. One full bathroom and an ensuite with shower. Made it perfect for 2 couples. Would highly recommend ”

“It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not……

“This is an absolutely charming glamping option, with the railway carriage beautifully converted to very cosy accommodation for one or two. In summer, it's lovely to spend the evening in the small but very comfortable seating area. While the carriage is in the garden of a large house, sensitively applied fencing and planting means that it feels very private to the glampers. All the essentials are in the kitchenette, the shower is great, the bed is very comfortable - everything has been thought……

“We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay.”

“Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. There's a Tesco and a Food Coop a short walk through the……
