Great apartment!

The apartment was just as advertised. The manager was easy to communicate with and helpful at check in. The apartment was very clean. It was a great location as far as being in the old town and walkable to everything. The one drawback is the noise from bar goers at night. I believe this is something that may be common throughout the old city though, no matter where you stay.

Well equipped apartment in the city centre

This small but well equipped property is right in the heart of the old centre, 2 minutes walk from Diocletian Palace and overlooking Nadodni Trg. Shops and restaurants are plentiful and easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay here and the atmosphere of being in the city centre. We found the owner responded to our questions quickly prior to our visit. We would recommend this property, especially for people who like the hustle and bustle of city life. Our stay in the apartment was marred slightly by a disagreement about a security deposit. We paid for this property upfront when booking but were still asked for a cash deposit upon arrival (900KN). Unfortunately, there was a 'misunderstanding' about how much we had paid and had only 500KN returned to us. Our advice would be for guests to ask for a receipt upon payment of this security deposit.

Pros: the room is very conveniently located. It is literally few steps from the Diocletian Palace. My family traveled by train, bus, then cruise ship. Even with all our heavy luggage, we were able to walk back and forth from the room to the train/bus/ship. The room is also close to several food options but best of all was a Spar grocery store just steps from the room. The room also has complete amenities: kitchen with all tools/appliances you will need, some basic needs (salt, dish soap etc.), laundry machine, towels. Air conditioning was awesome (it was very hot during our stay). Zana is a very kind property manager. She even helped carry our luggage up the stairs. Iva is also easy to communicate with by e-mail when I have questions. WIFI is fast and reliable. Cons: there are no elevators in the property but just need to climb one flight of stairs to get to the room. The dishwasher and laundry are a bit difficult to use - it would be nice for an easy to understand guide to be provided. The room is somewhat small especially the shower area but it was ok for us (we are a group of 3 adults). The room was mostly clean but I did see some small bugs in the cupboard with the broom. No big deal though, probably just some dust bugs. The area is quite loud so if you are a light sleeper, it may be an issue.

Such a great location! It's an easy walk in, next to the square, short walks to the palace and waterfront. The apartment is a good size with an equipped kitchen, small bathroom but plenty of hot water. Air conditioned in both bedroom and main room. Met by the host who is very helpful and friendly. One thing to mention is that it can be a bit noisy due to the proximity to the square.

Amazing apartment

Check in with super easy, facilities top notch. Beautiful apartment, completely walkable to everything. We loved being able to come back to the apartment freshen up relax a little bit and then get back out and explore. Super easy to communicate with and was flexible with check-in.

Fantastic location

The apartment is literally on the main square, location cannot be beat. Very small bathroom and kitchen. I could have forgone the kitchen to have a functional bathroom. There is a washer in the unit, but no way to hang clothes to dry. This was important to us as we packed with the intention of doing laundry. We made use of the table and chairs in the main living space to dry laundry. (Otherwise these pieces of furniture were a waste of precious space). All in all we were happy with the unit. It was safe and clean.

Fabulous apartment in the centre of Split

great location

This flat has everything you need! Even though it is compact, it suited our needs. The location was on the piazza close to restaurants and the Palace. We walked to all the attractions without a problem. Make sure to walk the wall! The views were great and we were able to take great photos.
