You'll love to stay and explore Split from this air-conditioned and well equipped one-bedroom apartment in the very heart of our city.

Located in a traditional stone house on the third floor just minutes from the sea promenade and right next to the Diocletians palace, it's an ideal position to explore Split.

Although in the very center of the downtown area, sound isolation is excellent so you won't be bothered by outside noise.

Everything in Split is within short walk from the apartment: sea promenade, Diocletians palace, forest park Marjan, beaches, restaurants, bakeries, grocery store…

Apartment consists of a kitchen, bedroom, hallway and bathroom.

Bedroom has one comfortable double bed and cozy sofa bed for two. There's also one sofa bed in the living room sleeping two people.

Kitchen has a microwave, fridge with freezer, stove, oven, coffe machine, toaster, kettle and cutlery so you are fully equipped to prepare your own tasty meals.

Apartment has a LED TV with cable channels and fast unlimited Wi-Fi internet.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Laundry is right next to the house of the apartment.

We also provide fresh linen and towels.

**** House rules:


This is a smoke-free apartment.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment.

There are no shared areas in or around it.

As apartment is located in the very heart of Split, there is no parking provided.

There is a paid parking few minutes away and free parking spots 5-10 min walking from the apartment.


**** The Neighbourhood:

This is truly an awesome location!

Apartment is located in the very heart of Split, right next to the Diocletians palace.

As apartment is sound isolated, its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having peace when you just want to rest and sleep.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, central green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city promenade etc.

On the ground floor of the house is a bakery with fresh products opened 24/7.

**** Getting around:

Getting around is super easy. You are not a slave to your car as everything is within walking distance.

Local bus station is just 40m away.

Taxis and rent a car agencies are within two minutes walking.

Regional bus station, ferry port and train station are within 8 min walking.

It's just just three minutes walking to the sea promenade, one minute to the Diocletians Palace which is the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world and less than 10 min to the famous sandy Bacvice beach.

**** Other Things to Note

Everything will be provided on spot, including towels, linen, internet password etc.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 10 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 10th to 14th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less . You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.


Directions to the house:

From the ferry port and train station there’s just 8 min walking or just one bus station with bus nr. 9,10 or 15 (bus station name “Pazar”).
