I had an AMAZING stay at Banica apartments. The location is very central and the view from the terrace is beautiful. The room was very clean and the staff was also very helpful. Overall would recommend for a great stay in Split.

Tout etait parfait. Nous y avons passé 3 jours. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse commune pour le petit déjeuner. Un soir nous avons même dîner sur la plus haute terrasse sur le toit et vue sur la ville avec une bonne bouteille de rosé. Le personnel est toujours present si besoin. La chambre est au coeur historique de Split à 2 mm de la Cathédrale. Nous recommandons vivement.

Owner was very nice and helpful. Can’t beat the location. Like others have said it can get loud in the weekends but we brought a little white noise machine and that fixed that. Such a cool place to stay with two terraces! I hope I can visit again one day.

Super nette Gastgeber, eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit toller Gemeinschaftseinrichtung (Küche auf der Terrasse), kostenfreiem leckeren Kaffee und einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse. Ein absoluter Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert und sehr sauber. Bei Fragen hat man umgehend Hilfe bekommen.

Fantastic place to stay! About as central as you could possibly be, steps away from the cathedral, and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants Not one, but two rooftop terraces with amazing views. Centrally located. Bright and cheerful with two amazing roof patios and full shared kitchen. We received a warm welcome upon our arrival. The only complaint was that the hot water wasn’t available when we arrived and, even once it was turned on, was warm rather than hot for our shower. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to be in the centre of the old town.
