Fabulous View of the harbor

Fantastic apartment located on the water front. Only 5 minute walk to the palace and old town. Clean and spacious rooms with a/c in every room.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location, right on the Riva walk. Beautiful views of the port. Easy walk into the old city. Many good restaurants right nearby, and a small grocery next door - so convenient! Just be aware that a 2nd floor apartment means something different in Croatia - there were more flights of stairs than we were expecting and getting our luggage up to the flat was taxing to say the least. However, it was all worth it for being able to stay in such a well-updated, well-equipped, and beautifully laid out apartment. Communication with the host was top-notch, too!! We had a wonderful stay.

Great Property Manager

Better than the pictures. Location on the edge of the Rive is outstanding. Super property manager always answered my questions and solved my needs very quickly. Her response time was amazing. The apartment was furnished very well.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Views are incredible and very easy walk into old town. Checking in was easy and some refreshments were provided for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Zeljka’s apartment was perfect! Great location on the Riva. Convenient to stores, restaurants and only a few kms from Marjan Park. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with all the essentials. Zeljka was very responsive to all my inquiries. We highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect Location and View

Great location just beside historic city center and the views are phenomenal! Separated bedrooms and bathrooms make for very private accommodations for 2 couples. Excellent choice for a visit to Split in quiet location and newly, fully renovated flat.

Perfect In Every Way!

This is a very nice apartment in the perfect location to walk around the old town of Split. The harbor view is amazing. Beds and bathrooms are wonderful quality. Enjoyed our time in Split immensely!

Wonderful place!

The apartment was new, clean, and very well decorated. The website depicts exactly what the place looks like. Place is centrally located Ti all the shops and restaurants. Owner is very nice and responded to my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who comes to Split.

Beautiful Apartment

This is a very clean and lovely apartment right on the Riva. The view of the water is beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to all attractions in Split. The owner was wonderful about providing information and answered all questions. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us!

Fantastic location - wonderful view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable property. The 69 steps up to the flat were a bit of a surprise, but the views and access to the promenade activities, eateries, bars and grocery shops were terrific. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious except for the compact and efficient kitchen. For new guests, It would help to have a diagram of how to find the flat once inside the building, as well as a resource manual for appliances and recommended activities/ eateries. Communication with host prior to check in was satisfactory as response time was not a concern and check out was very easy. Thanks for sharing this beautiful spot in Split

First the positives: this is a beautiful apartment in a great area of Split with amazing views out the front windows! It was clean when we arrived. There's a lot of space with 2 separate living rooms, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is small, but well stocked.There are also some areas for improvement. The apartment doesn't seem well maintained. The bathroom door drags on the ground, the trash can was broken, the door to the balcony wouldn't open properly, there was no light in the messy laundry room, the washer/dryer had mold in the soap compartment, and a few other things that could be easily fixed.The one issue that bothered me most was the lack of communication from the host. I asked for instructions to find and enter the apartment a week before we arrived since I wanted to document all of the details before leaving on our trip. The host didn't send the info. The day before we arrived, I still hadn't heard from him, so I emailed and texted again. I worried that we would not hear from him and would have to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. Less than 24 hours before check in, the host finally provided us with instructions to check in. Also, the building does not seem secure. There is a generic code to enter the main entryway that is shared with many other apartments. There is another code to enter the apartment, but I doubt it is changed often, or ever. So I recommend using the keys to lock the door when you are inside or outside of the apartment.

Split Getaway

This property is perfect for a stay in Split. The two rooms are spacious and private. The location is perfect. Everything is close by. All of the amenities are spot on. The check-in process was seamless as was the check-out. The Host was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, A+

GREAT ALL-AROUND EXPERIENCE

Great location with balcony overlooking the main promenade. Walk to local restaurants. Apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, reliable wi-fi. Owner communicated immediately to answer questions. Local representative met us on arrival and was available for any help. Apartment is on 2nd floor with no elevator so it's a bit of a climb. A bit more expensive than some other options but definitely worth the difference.

Great location!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great location! We loved our stay here. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and large beds. Air conditioning worked well and was appreciated after a hot day. Small kitchen with everything you need. We did have a lot of trouble figuring out how to operate the washer and dryer. Maybe have simple instructions on how to operate a basic load. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the boardwalk and people. Valentina was very responsive and helpful!

Everything about this property was amazing! It is exactly as listed. A lot of space and very clean. The kitchen is on the small side and it’s equipped with the minimal essentials. The location is perfect as it is surrounded by restaurants on the main walking strip, on the water. There is a little market for the essential food items/snacks/drinks just next door. The view is perfect too! We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again.
