"The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. "The staff of hotel is good and friendly, they come out to the lift lobby for helping me to pick up the luggage. Also the location is great and many restaurants around. However, there has a pub in ground floor and a bit noisy, I can heard the music even I stay in 3rd floor, but the noise was stopped ..."

房間很小，建議不要住一號房
"房間超級小，可能只是一號房是這樣，但真的住得很不方便也不舒適。訂的是有一張雙人床的房，如果兩個人住帶著兩個行李箱，沒有足夠的位置讓你打開行李，行李箱打開後連行走的空間都沒有。浴室也很窄，浴室門很難鎖上，洗澡時水會越來越冷。地理位置很好，離巴士站和海邊很近，但酒店門前有一條很窄的樓梯，抬著行李箱上落會非常累。早餐一般。最好的是前台人員的服務，有禮貌並樂意幫忙。"
