Very clean apartment with air con and comfortable beds. Also equiped with a washing machine and small kitchen if you wish to eat in. So many places to eat nearby as the apartment is located in the old town in a busy pedestrian street.

Nice room, great location. Very nice check in staff. The rooms are on a fun walking street but a lot of partying nearby at night. I wore earplugs so had no issues. Always felt very safe. The stairs may be difficult for some as well.

Room was small but complete with all that we needed for our few days in Split. Adriano was super helpful at check-in and the process was very easy. Room is modern within the walls of an old building. The stairs are something to be mindful of as the rooms are on the third floor and there is no lift; however, for a nice, quiet and clean place to stay - it's worth it.

Modern renovated property in the Historic District, conveniently located just outside the old Palace Walls. Owner met us at the property to check us in and gave us some great dining recommendations. The only downside was it was on floor 3, which was up 4 flights of stairs (no elevator).

Wonderful apartment. Sparkling clean. Great location. Super helpful host who allowed us to check in early. The only issue was that we were street-facing and across from a club that had music blasting until 3:30-4 in the morning, making it impossible to sleep.

Great little room with kettle and frig, TV , hair dryer and great a/c. Location was excellent with 3 minutes to Riva promenade. Right outside the Palace. Walked to Marjan Hill and back in 30 minutes. Pedestrian only area. Be prepared to walk a couple minutes with suitcases but not bad. The rooms are on the 3rd floor with no elevator but the view is worth the climb.

Location of apartment was excellent, 15 minute walk from central bus station. Very modern room and bathroom, bed & pillow excellent, room ok size, had bar fridge, airconditioning excellent. Bathroom good size, plenty of hot water & water pressure good. Apartment very clean. One point to note is the apartment on 3rd floor and no lift. Overall a great stay, we would not hesitate staying there again. No breakfast was available, but plenty of options around. If you want a real barista cappuccino or coffee as good as you find in Melbourne, try D16 coffee shop, 50 meters away, it's great.

We had a fabulous two-night stay in Split and were very happy with thev2 bedroom apartment. It was beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and well equipped, with thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. We were met by the manager on arrival, who made check-in seamless and shared helpful local info. The location was fantastic—an easy walk to the Old Town, waterfront, to the night vibe. restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again

Clean and modern rooms, we had the standard so was at the back away from any noise at the front. Keep in mind it's 3rd floor and no lift. Only the apartment is 1st floor. Breakfast is at a place on the Riva from a set menu. Otherwise great location and friendly helpful owners.
