Loved the on property sitting room with free coffee. The room was clean and the bathroom new with good AC that you could control. Right in the old fort and so close to restaurants and the underground museum exhibits. Would stay again.

The room was small but adequat and efficient for our needs. It was really hard to find but the owner sent step by step instructions on how to find. It was like a treasure hunt. We did not see anyone upon arrival or departure.

Rarely saw staff until they were collecting tax at check-out. Some prior reviews commented on breakfast; there was no breakfast. No black tea. Ran out of coffee the second morning. On positive side, rooms were clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning and WiFi worked well. Bathroom was tiny but functional. Great location, but only book if climbing stairs is easy for you.

Pros: comfortable beds, air conditioning, central location Cons: small rooms, hot water was awful, only stayed hot for one person to shower. No one was there for check in - just had a key in the door. The entry way for the hotel is so uninviting, and plan to haul your bags up three floors of stairs.

The balcony room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel was flexible with check in and held our luggage until our room was ready. Check in was easy, room was clean, and it's a great area for exploring, dining, and shopping! The rooms are up three flights of stairs, so be prepared for some walking. Would definitely stay here again!

Bright, clean, quiet room in the center of old town. Ivana was incredibly accommodative, letting me check in early after an early morning arrival by ferry. I would stay again.

Great find for an overnight stay in Split. Host was fantastic. Very attentive and thoughtful. Comfy bed however 2 flights of stairs to reach the hotel. Coffee Machine in foyer along with tea/water etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we visit split once more.

This place was quite tucked away but we were provided great and clear instructions. I was amazed how quiet it was despite being right in the old town. The room was small but a good sized bed, it was clean, and appreciated the coffee station. There generally wasn't anyone at reception which was fine, but sometimes it's nice to get some info from the hotel re: restaurants, places to see, etc. All in all, very central location, quiet, clean, and reasonable.

We had a lovely stay here. Fantastic location. Good communication with staff. We were given instructions on how to find the place which were easy to follow. Definitely not easy to find otherwise. Up 2 flights of stairs which was no trouble for us as we were without luggage. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Hotel was so close to everything we needed. So many restaurants and shops right outside. Would definitely recommend staying here for a short break.

It was hard to find. Location is great. You have to walk up on many stairs which for us was ok. It’s in an old building. When we got there around noon nobody was there except a lady cleaning. There were cards so we texted the contact. She told us we can occupy the room and the key (old fashion) was in the door. The safe had no key. When I asked about it I was told by cleaning lady all keys are gone. Again old fashion very dated safe with no use as key didn’t work. Otherwise everything seemed in good working condition and modern and clean. One side of the place had these rocks for a wall which were absolutely beautiful. Overall it was great but we never met anybody in person at front desk all communication was by texting.
