The flat is very spacious and clean. It has four rooms, one kitchen, one full bathroom (shower + toilet), plus a separate toilet and a separate shower. It’s close to the city center, with a couple of supermarkets nearby. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Great AC. WiFi was really poor/non existent in the room I was in. Noisy stadium next door as windows are really thin. Clean and shared spaces were all fine.

Not too far from the main areas, definitely walkable even if you’ve had a long day. Room was clean and tidy when I arrived. The kitchen had everything you could need to self cater if you were looking for a budget trip, lots of supermarkets nearby.

Location was really good, near old town and the port, room was simple and basic but clean and did the trick! Landlord was helpful, but a bit vague and unclear of certain issues but cleared them up pretty quickly from their quick replies! No change of towels unfortunately and lack of resources in the bathroom but overall, a pleasant stay!

This was a very nice stay. Once you sent over your information, staff had everything taken care of fairly quickly and answered all of my questions via WhatsApp. This was important because I got in very late. Really nice and safe location (I’m a female solo traveler so this was important), although you are next to some sort of a stadium, which the night that I was there had some kind of a concert and that could be kind of noisy if windows are let open. The shower was great and there was nice AC. Room was very clean. I do wish that there was a kettle because I got in relatively late and wanted tea. Different from America and also to note, the “airport shuttle” is actually the airport shuttle that is at the port, not something provided by the hotel. Which I found out on my trip to Croatia is what is meant by airport shuttle when it is listed by a property.

Great place, 15 min walk to downtown. Clean place with a good kitchen and a nice cold refrigerator. Big TV to watch futbol. Check in process not so smooth, but everything turned out well. Lots of places to eat or buy groceries near by.

I had a good stay overall. The biggest positives were the host and the location. Communication was excellent from the start, and the staff were always very responsive whenever I had a question. If you’re coming for Ultra Europe, the location is hard to beat and made getting to and from the festival incredibly easy. The shared spaces were also better than I expected. The other guests were respectful and considerate, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. The property itself could use some maintenance. The kitchen only has a subfloor rather than a finished floor, the bathroom sink needs some repair, and the shower could be cleaner. I knew I was booking a budget hostel, so none of this bothered me personally, but it’s worth knowing if you’re expecting more polished accommodations. Overall, it’s a great value with a fantastic host. If you’re looking for an affordable place in a great location for Ultra, I’d happily stay here again.

À distance raisonnable du port et des gares d’autobus, l’hébergement est très pratique et de bonne qualité dans un quartier calme. Bonne option pour un transit à Split, d’autant que la cité historique est elle aussi à quelques minutes !!!

Todo fue muy bueno, a mi me cuesta un poco el tema de sacar las llaves de los casilleros pero enseguida vinieron a ayudarnos, y todo fue muy placentero y agradable la estadía
