This stylish 2nd floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach. We are also within a short distance from Sacred Heart Hospital and Deaconess Medical Center and other medical facilities.

The space
This beautiful apartment features a large kitchen that is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. Sit back and relax on our luxurious leather furniture and watch the 55" smart TV. Our spacious master king suite features its own private bathroom with combination tub and shower. Quick Trip to Spokane

This was a great place to stay for my daughter’s basketball tournament. So nice for her to have her own space and for us to have a kitchen to prep meals. Much better than a hotel. After I found it half the teams booked as well in the same place - inclusing the coaches!

Perfect Perry District Location

Super clean, well appointed and comfortable apartment. Short walk to a bunch of very cool restaurants and stores in the Perry district Easy access to everything in Spokane. Definitely an A+ property.

I’m a travel nurse and my husband and I stayed here for a little over 3 months. The apartment was so clean and nice. The landlords were always very prompt in responding to me and nothing but helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again and recommend :)

Great for working visit

Natasha and Jerry were outstanding hosts. Very friendly, quick to communicate and very patient with a couple of date changes. The place was modern, spacious, and very clean. Close to I90, so access is good but you can hear the traffic at night. About 20 to 25min walk to Main St restaurants and conference center, which suited us well. I'd be very happy to stay again.

Nice quiet clean get away in Spokane

Bright, clean, spacious with like new kitchen. Great communication and all expectatiobs were nicely met. Will gladly stay again.
