I was so excited to see that this hotel location is right next door to our favorite Pho Restaurant. Pho Van! This is our new spot to stay when we go to Spokane. Its affordable, it has a free breakfast, pool and Pho Soup for dinner. I love it!

Room neat and clean, parking easy, safe, staff friendly & efficient, bed surprisingly comfortable. Didn't even look at breakfast or really surroundings, should be a "Not applicable" (or "unrated") option. Would definitely stay again.

The interactions with the staff were fine. They were for the most part welcoming and helpful. The overall condition of the room and hotel were not what was expected from the pictures. The ceiling and walls had cracks, holes, the carpet trim was separated from the walls. The tub had a hole in the bottom making the bottom soggy from water underneath it.

I liked this hotel. Room was nice. Quiet and i got good sleep on their beds. Breakfast was more limited than other Days Inn i have stayed at.

The room was nice and spacious and included a sofa and big TV, with fridge and mw for snacks available on site. Staff were great. Breakfast was prepackaged continental including hb eggs. Could need another toaster when busy. Overall a great value.
