Summary:

Conveniently located near Downtown Spokane, the Spokane Arena and The Podium. This little up and coming neighborhood is right on the outskirts of Kendall Yards and offers many eclectic food and shopping options! Walkable distance from local delights including The Backyard Public House, The Bruncheonette, Doyle’s Ice Cream Parlor, Vieux Carre NOLA Kitchen, Maxwell House Restaurant, Indaba Coffee and Made With Love Bakery!



The Space:

It is our utmost priority to provide our guests with a space that feels like a home away from home. We hope you will see and feel that when you stay with us! The kitchen is fully outfitted with all the essentials necessary for cooking your meals right at home. There is a 55” wall mounted smart TV that can be conveniently viewed from both the comfort of the living room as well as the kitchen and dining area. Both bedrooms offer luxurious king size beds and floor to ceiling blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy your morning coffee while relaxing out on the covered wrap around patio.

My family had a wonderful stay! The apartment is cozy, comfortable and spotless! The hosts have supplied everything you would need, and even some great extras! Cozy, throw blankets,bathroom products,spices and other things that make a rental property feel like home. Great private balcony with outdoor furniture to have wine in the evening was definitely a plus for us. Perfect location for seeing Spokane and getting back-and-forth to Gonzaga. The parking lot in the back of the building is fabulous for keeping your vehicle off the street. The hosts are extremely communicative and hospitable. The only minor concern was the neighborhood. When we pulled in, we were a little nervous as the area seemed a little sketchy, but after staying the week we learned that it was safe and quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly. There is some major construction going on right next-door, and across the street, but unbelievably we could not hear any of it from inside the apartment ! We will definitely stay here again!

construction noise

We stayed over graduation weekend at Gonzaga. It was a busy weekend. We were looking forward to sleeping in before checking out. Unfortunately, loud construction noises woke us up at 6:30am! The pounding and drilling was literally right outside our window. There also was a loud truck moving building materials. We booked it before the warning was put on the listing. The apartment was clean, king size beds were great and kitchen utensils were provided but the construction noise at 6:30am ruined our stay.

Clean Property

This was a very clean and well kept apartment. The water in the bathroom/shower was lukewarm. There was loud music playing from a neighbors house and yelling all night.
